My trading rules:
Extract audio with EAC. Don't copy on the fly. Burn DAO (disc at once). Burn slow (no more then 8x (preferably 4x) because error correction mechanisms turn off at higher rates and you'll get clicks and pops. Only use quality long-life discs. (Check for dye colour e.g. blue). Read this link. Buy them here. In the shops Verbatim DataLife+ and Verbatim Pastel are good for me. Communicate. UK 2:1 B&P's entertained (you send two discs for each one to be burned, I pay the return postage).
